Trade Marketing Manager – FMCG

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute strategic trade marketing promotions to support the overall sales in CVS , MT, TT channels
  • Control budget and manage P&L in each channels to balance sales and expenses in each product categories
  • Create category development plan and tactics
  • Lead the development of product category covering assortments, merchandising, pricing, POP, and promotions across channels
  • Identify distributions, opportunities, and gaps for category or subcategory to recommend tailored category channel plans in-line with overall business and marketing strategy
  • Translate brand strategy into in store marketing plans
  • Perform competitive analysis to create effective communications and differentiations to strengthen the product presence in stores
  • Summarize activities in trade marketing and perform competitive analysis reports and identify key areas to be improved

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Category Management, Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing in FMCG or consumer products
  • Analytical mind with ability to drive and translate insights into relevant strategies and tactical
  • Good planning and management skills
