Work closely with every department to develop training and development needed

Summarize data and present analysis reports
 
QUALIFICATIONS

Male / female age 28 – 35
 - 
Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields
 - 
Proven experiences in HROD or HRD
 - 
Knowledge and skills of competency management
 - 
Proactive, dynamic, and excellent communicator
