R&D (Plant Based Milk / Non-Dairy Milk)

Roles And Responsibilities:

  1. Research and Develop the Quality of Products under Production and Manage Costs Efficiently:
    • Investigate and enhance the quality of the products currently being manufactured.
    • Manage costs effectively.
  2. Develop New Products:
    • Create new products following guidelines provided by the marketing team and within a reasonable budget.
  3. Plan and Execute Work Processes:
    • Plan and complete work processes yourself.
  4. Study and Analyzing Issues:
    • Study and analyze problems, collect data, and propose solutions for workflow improvements.
  5. Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills:
    • Possess excellent communication and coordination skills with various departments.

Attributes of the Applicant:

  • Gender: Male/Female, Age: 27-35 years old.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Pharmacy or Food Science, Technology, or related fields such as Food Technology, Product Technology, or relevant industrial food sectors.
  • Knowledge and Experience:
    • Knowledge and experience related to food industry production.
    • At least 5 years of experience in product development.
    • Ability to analyze data, present, and report findings.
  • Personality Traits:
    • Diligent and meticulous in work.
    • Good responsibility and punctual.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Open-minded towards learning and self-development.
    • Able to work well under pressure.
