Assistant Factory Manager / Food & Beverage

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor performance of all manufacturing operation units (Supplement, Medicine, and Beverage)
  • Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing practices (LEAN / Six Sigma / Kaizen) to improve profit unit, efficiency, and productivity
  • Plan and supervise for cost reduction, productivity and process improvement, quality controls, supply chain, and inventory management
  • Cost management and control budget as planned (Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics)
  • Oversee day-to-day operation and ensure business continuity (purchasing, shipping, labors, machine)
  • Coordinate all facility operations through subordinate supervisors to ensuring production objectives are met within quality and cost standards
  • Create management reports based on given objectives and key results

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Food Science, Food Engineer or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Management
  • Experience in understanding and driving actions based on the profit & loss statement
  • Have knowledge in regulatory compliance i.e. cGMP, GHP, HACCP, etc.
  • Multi-facility management skills
  • Determined and pro-active
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
