Senior Organizational Development Specialist – FMCG

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for competency based management and performance management
  • Handle organization development and career development
  • Set up talent management program
  • Responsible for career development plan for all employees at all levels
  • Work closely with every department to develop training and development needed
  • Develop standard process for succession planning
  • Summarize data and present analysis reports

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Male / female age 28 – 35
  • Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields
  • Proven experiences in HROD or HRD
  • Knowledge and skills of competency management
  • Proactive, dynamic, and excellent communicator
